CRM Administrator

As an experienced CRM Administrator who is looking for the challenge of simplifying complex systems, joining a well-established company at an exciting time when they are migrating from an old CRM system to a new one.This is a key position within the IT function, reporting directly to the CTO, and will suit someone with a strong technical understanding of CRM systems, particularly SugarCRM, along with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, drive improvements, and ensure the platform supports wider business goals. CRM AdministratorBracknellHybrid - 3 days a week on site 40,000 per annum to 45,000 per annum The RoleYou''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the CRM system. That includes everything from system configuration and user support to data quality and compliance.
