The site forms part of a strategically important 24/7 operation supporting global banking, technology and financial services. You''ll be working within a technically complex and highly resilient environment where engineering reliability is critical. This is a hands-on position suited to an Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to develop their career within critical facilities. The Role Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large critical corporate site. Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical and electrical building services. Respond to plant alarms, equipment failures and engineering incidents. Complete fault-finding and first-line repairs across MandE systems. Work with equipment including HVAC, AHUs, pumps, electrical distribution, generators, UPS systems and BMS. Monitor plant performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations. Complete PPM schedules and ensure maintenance tasks are delivered to a high standard. Support safe isolations, permits and contractor activities.
