A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is seeking a Critical Mechanical Shift Engineer in Greater London, where you will play a vital role in maintaining essential mechanical systems and ensuring operational excellence.


The Role
 

• Cover a large commercial property, providing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Work on a Continental Shift basis, ensuring seamless operations round the clock.
• Service, maintain, and repair various mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, and pumps.
• Perform general maintenance duties such as emergency light testing and fire alarm checks.

 


You
 

• Hold mechanical qualifications, such as Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or building services roles is essential.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt as needed.
