Whether you are Electrically or Mechanically biased, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring 100% uptime for a premier data center facility.Essential Requirement: Critical Experience !IMPORTANT Please Note: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess prior experience working within a Critical Environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Repair: Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on critical plant equipment (Chillers, CRAC units, UPS systems, Generators, and Switchgear).Incident Response: Act as a first responder to site alarms and system failures, ensuring rapid resolution to maintain site SLA requirements.Shift Excellence: Work a Continental Shift Pattern (rotating days and nights), providing 24/7 coverage and site safety.Compliance: Maintain rigorous site logs, ensuring all work complies with Health and Safety regulations and site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/MOPs/EOPs).Technical RequirementsQualifications: Level 3 City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
