Job DescriptionCritical Environment Field Service Engineer - 3 month rolling contract - Hybrid working - INSIDE IR35 - No Sponsorship AvailableResponsibilitiesData Center Operations:Ensures compliance with data center business units and service-level policiesEngages with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects. Manages programs associated with area of responsibility.Follows and adheres to safety and security policies and procedures. Reports immediately any safety or security issues or concerns.Participates in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process as appropriate.Lead or participate in incident response activities for critical infrastructure failures, ensuring minimal downtime and effective recovery processes.Proactively identify potential risks or vulnerabilities in the critical environment and implement strategies for mitigation.Manage relationships with external vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.Help support and provide ongoing knowledge sharing to other team members to enhance their knowledge of critical environment systems and protocols.Service DeliveryMaximize Critical Environment (CE) availability in conjunction with our landlord partners at our leased Datacenters and to ensure optimal operational efficiencyOversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in our leased Datacenters (MOP/SOP/EOP review, RCAs, FMEAs, change governance, and risk mitigation)Reduce high-impact and ..... full job details .....
