About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Engineer to join my client''s team, covering a corporate site in the City of London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction within a critical environment.

Responsibilities

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical and mechanical systems.

Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.

Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU''s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.

Monitor and manage BMS

Diagnose and resolve MandE faults quickly and efficiently.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Level 3 in an Engineering related field, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing etc.

Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.

Knowledge of commercial and critical building systems

Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
