      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | What you''ll be doing As a Crisis Support Worker, you will be a key part of helping people overcome some of the most difficult challenges in their lives. Working directly with adults experiencing a range of complex issues, you will provide practical support, advocacy and guidance, helping them move from crisis towards greater stability and independence. Your responsibilities will include:  Providing compassionate support, advice and advocacy to individuals experiencing crisis situations. Helping people navigate challenges such as homelessness, housing difficulties, debt, benefit issues and digital exclusion. Liaising with local authorities, housing providers and other statutory organisations through phone, email and direct advocacy. Connecting individuals with appropriate services both within Oasis and across the wider community. Building trusting relationships and helping people identify practical solutions to immediate and longer-term challenges. Responding calmly and professionally to difficult or sensitive situations, offering reassurance and support.
