      <description>Location: Warrington | Salary: 14.00-14.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:Position: Crisis Recovery WorkerLocation: WarringtonRate: £14 per hour including holiday payLength: 3 months initially with opportunity to go permanentHours: 6pm - 12am on Monday and Thursday, opportunities to pick shifts up on other daysKey Responsibilities include:Support individuals in mental health crisis within a recovery-focused serviceAnswer incoming calls from service users and professionals providing timely and appropriate supportDeliver one-to-one sessions tailored to individual needs and recovery goalsFacilitate group support sessions to encourage peer connection and shared learningRespond calmly to distress and de-escalate challenging situations using appropriate techniquesEssential Criteria:Enhanced DBS (Adult and Child)Knowledge of Mental Health and ideally work experience within a crisis recovery settingDriving license with access to your own vehicle preferredVenn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.</description>
