Crisis Recovery Worker

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:Position: Crisis Recovery WorkerLocation: WarringtonRate: £14 per hour including holiday payLength: 3 months initially with opportunity to go permanentHours: 6pm - 12am on Monday and Thursday, opportunities to pick shifts up on other daysKey Responsibilities include:Support individuals in mental health crisis within a recovery-focused serviceAnswer incoming calls from service users and professionals providing timely and appropriate supportDeliver one-to-one sessions tailored to individual needs and recovery goalsFacilitate group support sessions to encourage peer connection and shared learningRespond calmly to distress and de-escalate challenging situations using appropriate techniquesEssential Criteria:Enhanced DBS (Adult and Child)Knowledge of Mental Health and ideally work experience within a crisis recovery settingDriving license with access to your own vehicle preferredVenn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates. ..... full job details .....
