Service Overview: Our service aims to provide a safe and secure environment for individuals at a crisis point in their mental health. Operating from 6pm every day of the year, our goal is to reduce hospitalizations, dependency on AandE departments and police resources. Utilizing a social model of support, our staff team will employ appropriate de-escalation and support techniques while promoting clients'' abilities to manage their coping strategies.
