The school supports children aged 5-16 who may have Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural difficulties and other additional learning needs. As a Criminology Graduate TA / Aspiring Criminal Justice Officer, you will support children on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop positive behaviours and build the emotional and social skills needed to succeed. The Role Working as a Criminology Graduate TA / Aspiring Criminal Justice Officer, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to children with Autism, SEMH and additional needs. Build positive and trusting relationships with children, acting as a consistent and positive role model.
