As Criminal Solicitor, you will: 

- Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’, and Crown Courts like the boss you are
- Prepare and manage criminal defence cases with tenacity and tact
- Be a mentor, guide, coach, and calm in the storm for our junior team
- Drive standards, lead initiatives, and contribute to the firm’s growth
- Build relationships with police, counsel, experts, and everyone in between
- Balance fee earning with firm-leading — with commercial savvy and clarity

We’re looking for a Criminal Solicitor with:

- Proven Post-Qualified Experience in criminal defence
- Police Station Accredited (or on the path to it)
- A full UK licence and access to your own vehicle
