This organisation primarily supports service users whose lives have been held back by a range of social deprivation.Your new roleAs a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our services, providing personalised and meaningful support.To individuals navigating the criminal justice system and their recovery journey. To deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to service users with alcohol addiction with significant others, including family members, friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.Your focus will be on delivering and developing group/pod work programmes, such as Foundations of Recovery. You will work with other programme facilitators and professionals within your project to design and deliver groups/pods, using evidence-based practice, covering the most appropriate issues for your service users.To manage a case load and coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.To work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to all clients'' policies and safeguarding principles.Deliver harm-reduction advice, guidance and education, including delivery programme, brief and extended recovery ..... full job details .....
