OverviewThe Criminal Duty Solicitor will be responsible for managing and handling a caseload of criminal matters, including providing representation at both the Police Station and Magistrates Court. The role includes taking part in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station callouts.

Responsibilities

Manage and handle a caseload of criminal matters.

Provide representation at Police Station and Magistrates Court.

Participate in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station callouts.

Qualifications

Duty Qualified with at least 4 years'' post-qualification experience (PQE) in managing your own caseload of criminal matters.

Experience conducting own advocacy and managing a caseload.

Experience representing clients at both the Magistrates Court and Police Station is essential.
