OverviewThe firm is seeking a Criminal Duty Solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to join their London team. The role involves handling a caseload of criminal matters and providing representation at the Police Station and Magistrates Court, with participation in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station callouts.
Responsibilities
Manage and handle a caseload of criminal matters.
Provide representation at the Police Station and Magistrates Court.
Participate in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station callouts.
Qualifications
Duty Qualified.
At least 4 years'' post-qualification experience in managing a own caseload of criminal matters.
Experience conducting advocacy and prior management experience.
Experience representing clients at Magistrates Court and Police Station is essential.
