The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake advocacy, represent clients at police stations and courts, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department. The RoleYou will be responsible for:Managing a varied caseload of criminal defence matters from instruction through to conclusionRepresenting clients at police stations and court hearingsConducting advocacy in the Magistrates'' CourtManaging Crown Court matters and preparing cases for trialProviding clear and practical legal advice to clientsLiaising with courts, counsel, clients, experts, and third partiesPreparing legal documentation and case bundlesEnsuring compliance with regulatory and quality standardsContributing to the success and development of the wider team About YouQualified Solicitor with experience in Criminal DefenceStrong advocacy and client care skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload effectivelyExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesProactive and team-oriented approachComfortable working in a fast-paced environment DesirablePolice Station AccreditationDuty ..... full job details .....
