3+ PQE Criminal Defence SolicitorSolid experience in general criminal defence mattersWillingness to specialise in motoring offencesConfident communicator who can build rapport and convert leadsAmbitious, resilient, and ready to grow with the firmAdvocacy experienceWhat you’ll be doing

Manage a varied criminal defence caseloadHandle a high volume of inbound enquiries from marketing activityWork towards increasing lead conversion with support from the teamContribute to the wider firm strategy as it evolvesPotential to step into a team leader role over timeSalary and Benefits
