About the Role
You will work on some of the nation’s most high-profile cases, upholding the firm’s ethos: to provide the best possible service to all clients, from protesters to murder suspects, shoplifters to city traders. Whatever the accusation, you will ensure clients are treated fairly and provided with a robust defence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advocacy in Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.
- Manage client relationships and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
- Mentor and support junior solicitors and trainees.
- Handle a high-volume, complex caseload with professionalism and discretion.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–5 years PQE in criminal law.
- Proven experience handling serious criminal cases.
- Excellent advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
- Experience representing clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to social justice and the firm’s ethos.
- Police Station Accreditation and Duty Status preferred.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a supportive team environment.
