This is a rare opportunity to step into a corporate-facing role while continuing to engage your courtroom expertise.Key Responsibilities
Represent the company in Magistrates\'' Court proceedings (typically three times a month), including presenting, reading, and managing casesAdvise on fraud, bylaw enforcement, and wider regulatory mattersCollaborate with in-house legal and operational teams to deliver strategic legal supportContribute to the development of internal legal processes and compliance frameworksWhat We\''re Looking For
