You’ll play a key role in ensuring the vessels under your responsibility are staffed with qualified, experienced and competent crew, while keeping all certification, documentation and compliance requirements fully up to date. The Crewing Officer position is a varied role combining crew coordination, compliance, planning and communication, ideal for someone who knows their way around the maritime industry and enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment.   THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT Previous crewing experience preferred, although candidates with 2nd or 3rd Deck Officer experience looking to transition into a shore-based role would also be considered.
