Working closely with Assistant Managers, you will help coordinate frontline crews, ensure services are fully resourced, and support the smooth running of depot operations.   This position is initially offered on a temporary basis initially for 3 months, with the potential to extend longer-term opportunities.   Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily refuse, recycling and street cleansing crews Open the depot, issue keys and ensure services are fully resourced Arrange sickness cover and support workforce planning Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day issues Maintain driver records, compliance documents and operational reports Process absence, annual leave and overtime records Order PPE and operational supplies Support customer enquiries and service-related complaints Promote safe working practices and ensure H&S comp...
