Job Title: CREO Mechanical Design Engineer (Contract)Contract Length: 6 MonthsIR35 Status: Outside IR35Location: UK, South East (Hybrid)Overview:We are looking for a highly experienced CREO Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is suited to a contractor with extensive hands-on mechanical design experience, capable of taking ownership of complex design tasks and delivering high-quality engineering solutions with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CREO (Parametric)Lead the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies from concept through to productionApply robust mechanical engineering principles to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturabilityConduct tolerance stack-ups and apply GDandT best practicesWork closely with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure seamless product developmentReview, refine, and optimise existing designs for performance and cost efficiencyProduce and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including BOMsParticipate in and contribute to design reviews and technical discussionsRequired Skills and Experience:Extensive experience in mechanical design engineering, ideally within complex product environmentsAdvanced proficiency in CREO (Parametric)Strong expertise in GDandT and tolerance analysisProven ability to produce detailed, production-ready engineering drawingsSolid understanding of ..... full job details .....
