Operate the cremator and any ancillary equipment within the established principles and guidelines for burial and cremation. Understand and have the ability to operate cremators in compliance with all legal protocol and approved standards of operation, for example, ICCM, COTS, CTTS and CPE. Assist in maintaining the day-to-day operational standards of the crematorium to ensure the service is delivered to the highest standards and to statutory requirements. Deliver the role in an efficient and effective manner in accordance and in compliance with health and safety requirements, policies and risk assessments, e.g., COSHH, manual, handling, and ensure that all accident reporting procedures are appropriately applied.
