Credit Specialist

Are you a proactive and relationship-driven Credit Controller looking for your next challenge? Join our team in Northampton and play a key role in supporting the financial success of the business through effective cash collection and customer account management. This is a Monday to Friday role with an element of hybrid working, offering a great balance between collaboration and flexibility. You''ll take ownership of your ledger, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. We''re looking for someone who can confidently identify and escalate potential collection risks, resolve queries efficiently, and drive positive outcomes that support business cash flow. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised while managing a varied workload.
