Description Opening and renewing customer credit accounts having analysed the Experian reports and company accounts where necessary. Reviewing the ''75% list'' to check whether credit limits can be increased or early direct debits need to be taken. Helping to oversee the customer account opening process and ensure customer account details are entered correctly. Able to help and cover the sales ledger where required including: - Daily transfer of supplier electronic data files into our computer system regarding fuel drawings. - Problem solving for errors when carrying out the task above. - Raising sales invoices for fuel drawings. - Provide assisitance to the credit contoller - production of early invoices, taking direct debits as required and chasing debts.
