The team acts for a wide range of insurer and corporate clients, delivering end-to-end dispute resolution across credit hire and motor claims. This role goes beyond a traditional claims handling position, offering the opportunity to become involved in strategic decision-making and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.Your new role You will manage your own caseload of litigated credit hire and vehicle damage claims, working within a high-performing team focused on delivering strong outcomes for insurer clients.Your responsibilities will include:Handling a caseload of mixed-value litigated credit hire and motor damage matters (small claims through to multi-track)Managing claims proactively from instruction through to resolutionReviewing liability, indemnity and associated losses (including PI and diminution claims)Delivering high-quality legal advice in line with client service standards and commercial expectationsIdentifying and managing risk, compliance and procedural issuesActing as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining strong relationshipsSupporting wider team performance, knowledge ..... full job details .....
