motor recoveries claims , negotiating settlements and making informed decisions to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.Credit Hire Recoveries Handler Responsibilities:Manage credit hire claims from beginning through to settlement, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with company policies and legal requirements.Liaise with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders, providing clear updates and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the claims process.Record, update, and maintain accurate claim documentation and correspondence, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.Resolve any issues that may arise during the claims process, using negotiation skills and sound judgement to achieve positive resolutions.Collect and assess supporting evidence such as witness statements, photographs, and documentation, in order to strengthen claims.Conduct thorough investigations into liability and quantum to evaluate prospects for recovery.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies, including Consumer Duty requirements.Work towards and achieve personal and team performance targets, contributing to overall departmental success.Credit Hire Recoveries Handler Benefits:Competitive salary up to £30k DOE + monthly bonusFully funded training and developmentExcellent career progression opportunitiesMonday-Friday working hours (no weekends)31 days holidayFree on-site parking3x Life Assurance6% PensionReady to take the next step in your claims career?Click APPLY ..... full job details .....
