This role is ideal for someone with experience handling credit hire claims and looking to further develop within a fast-paced litigation environment.Credit Hire Paralegal duties:Assist with the handling of litigated motor claims including credit hire, property damage, and low-value personal injury mattersSupport fee earners with managing caseloads from pre-litigation through to settlement or trialReview and assess liability, quantum, and evidence in line with client guidelinesLiaise with insurers, solicitors, and third parties to progress claims efficientlyDraft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondenceMaintain and update case management systems in line with KPIs and SLAsCarry out legal research and assist with case preparationEnsure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirementsCredit Hire Paralegal benefits:25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ''buy'' 5 more daysHybrid workingTraining Contracts and industry funded ..... full job details .....
