You''ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team acting on behalf of leading motor insurance clients.The RoleWorking within our established Motor department, you will:Independently manage a caseload of complex, high-value litigated Credit Hire matters (Intermediate and Multi-Track)Draft and file court documents with precision and attention to detailLead negotiations to drive claims toward effective and commercial resolutionProgress cases through multiple stages of litigationProvide training, guidance and supervision to junior team membersDeliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with procedural and internal standardsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has:Approximately 4+ years'' experience handling high-value litigated Credit Hire claimsA proven ability to manage a complex caseload independentlyStrong negotiation, organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to case strategyFormal legal qualifications are advantageous; however, demonstrable hands-on experience and technical capability ..... full job details .....
