The Opportunity Joining an established claims team, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of Credit Hire claims, managing cases from initial notification through to successful resolution. You''ll deal with a wide range of stakeholders including claimants, solicitors, insurers and accident management companies, using your knowledge and negotiation skills to achieve appropriate and commercially viable settlements. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a caseload of Credit Hire claims from notification through to settlement. Investigate claims and establish liability, indemnity and overall claim position.
