Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint a Credit Hire Claims Handler to join their newly established claims team in Manchester.This is a great opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its journey. As one of the early hires within the claims function, you''ll have the chance to make a real impact, contribute to the development of processes and customer outcomes, and position yourself for future progression as the team continues to grow. The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of third-party Credit Hire claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation. Working closely with clients, claimants, insurers and third parties, you''ll be responsible for progressing claims efficiently while delivering positive outcomes throughout the claims journey. The role will involve reviewing liability, handling quantum disputes, assessing supporting evidence and negotiating settlements.
