The existing process is largely manual and unstructured, including manual document uploads and processing of ancillary loan products. The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager and wider Loans team to help define, develop, test and ultimately oversee the new process and technology solution. The programme is also aligned with a wider Global Credit Transformation programme , including the introduction of AI/agentic processing capabilities.
