Junior Credit Eligibility Analyst (German Speaking) – YouLendYouLend is the preferred global embedded financing platform for leading e-commerce sites, tech companies and payment services providers. We operate in 9+ geographies across the UK, EU and the US. This role supports the Credit Eligibility process, qualifying and preparing applications before underwriting by the Credit Decision team.Responsibilities

Prepare deals to ensure a seamless decision-making process for the Credit Decision teamCollaborate with Sales and Credit Decision teams to resolve discrepancies and validate information for each dealContribute ideas to improve ongoing processes and ensure accuracy and completeness of informationLiaise with the Credit Decisions and Sales teams to support successful deal outcomesQualifications

Fluent in GermanExcellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and dataStrong communication skills and understanding of CRM systemsAbility to meet targets, SLAs and contribute to team KPIsExperience in developing and conducting team training is a plusSalary and Benefits
