Credit Controller Blackburn Office-based £35,000-£40,000 per annum Are you an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys taking ownership of your ledger, building strong relationships and getting results? Imperium Financial Recruitment is recruiting for Credit Controllers to join a large organisation managing an extensive property estate across the UK. Based at its Blackburn office, this is an opportunity to bring your credit control expertise to a substantial property portfolio and make a direct contribution to cash flow and financial performance. Experience in property credit control would be advantageous, but is not essential. Applications are welcomed from experienced Credit Controllers across other sectors who can demonstrate effective debt collection, strong communication skills and a proactive approach. The role You will manage an allocated ledger, working to collect outstanding balances, resolve account queries and maintain accurate records. Building constructive relationships with tenants and internal colleagues will be central to your success. Your responsibilities will include: Managing an allocated debtor ledger and taking ownership of overdue accounts. Collecting outstanding payments by telephone and email, maintaining a professional and persistent approach. Monitoring aged debt, prioritising collection activity and identifying accounts requiring further action.
