We are recruiting for a Part Time Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant to ensure the company''s financial records are accurate. To provide assistance in the department wherever needed as directed by the Manager. key responsibilities/tasks To manage accounts that have been put on stop daily. Send copy invoices when required. Checking customer s credit allowance, based on business standards Make sure all information on the Customer s Account is up to date. Negotiate payment plans and set up terms and conditions, with Director s approval. Ensuring customers pay on time by maintaining accurate records and reports To deal with refunds Monitor daily emails and answer any queries Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum GCSE s English and Maths (or equivalent) High School Education or equivalent attained outside of the UK essential skills Good/ confident command of the English language. Excellent customer service with exceptional verbal communication with persistence and determination Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations Analytical skills and thorough diligence The ability to listen and negotiate with customers Ability to work independently whilst maintaining good communication with the rest of the team. desired skills The ability to use your own initiative and have good use of common sense.
