Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant - Southport Temp to Perm - £28k Are you ambitious, driven, and ready to make your mark in a well-established company based in the Southport area? We''re on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our team in a temporary-to-permanent position with genuine opportunities for growth and development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in accounts. Initially, your primary focus will be credit control, but for the right candidate, this role can develop into a diverse, all-round accounts position. Key Responsibilities: Proactive credit control contacting clients via phone and email to manage outstanding debts Maintaining accurate records of all debtor activity using Excel Assisting with account reconciliations and payment allocations Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks Learning and developing across various areas of the accounts function Seeking a confident individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be eager to learn and develop within a supportive team.
