Credit Controller WFH 3 days Dover £28k

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a progressive and friendly company as a Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Specialist.This is a full time role in Dover, working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, you will be paid between 26,000 to 28,000 depending on experience + 10% bonus based on your individual and company performance. Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will apply strong attention to detail, customer focus, and sound accounting principles to support business operations and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and issue customer invoices in line with individual requirements and strict deadlinesUpload invoices to customer portals as requiredMonitor customer payments and escalate overdue balances to management when necessaryCommunicate with sales and operations teams via email and phone to resolve billing and payment queriesAssist in improving processes and supporting automation initiatives to enhance efficiencyMonitor and manage fuel surchargesSupport annual and ad-hoc audit requestsProcess customer credit requests by collecting required financial information, including credit reports and referencesForward completed credit documentation to the Credit Manager in accordance with ..... full job details .....
