Credit ControllerLocation: West BromwichSalary: 27,000 + 250 monthly bonusHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmContract: Permanent, Full TimeWorking Pattern: Fully Office Based Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy and established finance team based in West Bromwich.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Credit Control experience who is confident managing customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments and resolving queries while maintaining strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a section of the Accounts Receivable ledgerMonitor customer accounts to ensure credit terms and limits are not exceededProactively chase outstanding debt via telephone and emailIssue customer statements and payment remindersManage the debt collection process, escalating overdue accounts where necessaryResolve customer queries and liaise with internal departments to achieve timely resolutionsSend payment links and assist customers with paymentsProcess new account applications and review credit reference informationProduce spreadsheets and account information when requiredAssist with month-end reportingSupport Direct Debit collections and cash allocationSet up new customer accounts on the accounting systemComplete additional Credit Control duties as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience working within a busy Credit Control environment is essentialStrong communication and ..... full job details .....
