Credit ControllerLocation: Nottingham. 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. You''ll work as part of a friendly finance team, managing your own portfolio of customers, proactively chasing outstanding debt, and ensuring the smooth processing of orders and payments. Key Duties:Chase overdue invoices and ensure timely paymentsManage and release credit-held customer orders in line with internal guidelinesInvestigate and resolve invoice and account queriesMaintain accurate customer records and reconcile accountsMonitor payment patterns and escalate risk concerns where appropriateWork closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) to support customer relationshipsEnsure checks are in place to reduce credit risk and prevent potential fraud What We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role (essential)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ..... full job details .....
