About the Role: We are recruiting for a Credit Controller for a well-established company based in Wombourne. The company has a turnover of £37m, with 300+ live accounts, and is currently chasing between £3m-£4m per month. The role requires a highly organized individual to manage and control the company s credit processes. Key Responsibilities: Managing credit control for 300+ live accounts. Chasing outstanding payments, ensuring £3m-£4m is collected per month. Handling credit checking and placing credit insurance. Maintaining and updating the credit control ledger. Liaising with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes. Working closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments and cash flow. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a credit control role. Currently working in a Credit Control position. Experience in industries like construction or manufacturing (preferred, but not essential). Sage 50 accounts package experience. Experience with credit checking and placing credit insurance is preferred. CICM qualification or willingness to pursue this course (offered by the company).
