Credit Controller

Totum is currently working with a leading law firm to recruit a fully remote Credit Controller for a 12 Month FTC.Key Responsibilities:Chasing debt by phone and email.Working closely with Partners, Lawyers, and Clients to resolve outstanding payments.Managing expectations and building strong working relationships.Hitting cash collection targets and reducing aged debt.Finding smarter ways to collect cash and stay ahead of delays.Skills and Experience Required:Experienced Credit ControllerClient-focused, with a strong service approach.Organised, adaptable, and used to working under pressure.Proactive, with good attention to detail and strong communication.Confident using Excel and Word.Equal OpportunitiesAs a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
