The role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, requiring strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer demands. Key Responsibilities: Account Management Manage a high-volume ledger of customer accountsEnsure prompt collection of outstanding debts within agreed credit termsAllocate incoming payments accurately and resolve discrepanciesMonitor aged debt reports and prioritise high-risk accounts Customer Contact Proactively contact customers via phone and email to chase overdue paymentsRespond to incoming calls and emails to assist customers and internal departments Handle queries, disputes, and escalations effectively and professionallyNegotiate payment plans where necessary Credit Compliance ..... full job details .....
