Credit Controller

Job Title: Credit Controller Location: Hemel Hempstead Contract: Contract Position (6 Months), Immediate Start Think Accountancy and Finance are currently looking for a diligent and motivated Credit Controller to join a well-established finance team. You will be responsible for managing your own ledger and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while adhering to company policies and departmental targets. Key Responsibilities:Manage your allocated ledger, maintaining regular contact with customers via telephone and email.Ensure aged debts are kept within target by following a structured credit control collection process.Escalate delinquent accounts to the appropriate lead as required.Liaise closely with internal teams to resolve queries and facilitate prompt payments.Perform credit checks on new and existing customers.Provide monthly reports on all overdue accounts.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the credit control function.Assist and collaborate with other team members as needed.
