What You ll Do: As a Credit Controller you ll: Be the trusted point of contact for customer account queries, building long-lasting relationships. Proactively manage and reduce customer debt, ensuring smooth cash flow. Evaluate creditworthiness for new and existing accounts, setting smart credit terms. Handle account reconciliations, including integration tasks (EDI). Distribute account statements, overdue letters, and credit reports. Work collaboratively with sales and finance teams to solve issues and improve processes. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to robust financial procedures. About you: Experience in credit control and a knack for managing accounts. Highly organised with strong time management skills. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
