About the Role

This Credit Controller role in Farnborough offers a full-time, hybrid position paying £14–£17 per hour on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Joining a friendly credit function, the post-holder will liaise with external customers, resolve debt-related enquiries, proactively chase overdue payments, and supply documentation to external agencies. Duties also include completing credit checks, handling queries received by email, and escalating significant arrears to management. Candidates must have prior experience within a credit control or finance setting, intermediate Excel ability, and strong administration and organisational skills. This Farnborough-based Credit Controller post suits someone confident communicating with customers, managing multiple accounts, and supporting a busy collections process.

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller position within a leading organisation in North Hampshire on a temp to permanent basis.
Working within a friendly credit team, the position will incorporate the following duties:

Liaising with external customers and assisting with debt related enquiries
Proactively chasing customers for payment
Providing customer documentation to external agencies
Undertaking credit and additional checks on customers
Managing queries coming in via email
Refer and escalate outstanding debt to management

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Experience of working in a credit control / finance environment (essential)
Intermediate Excel skills
Highly organised and excellent administration skills (essential)
Ability to manage and prioritise workload (essential)
Excellent telephone manner
