Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Bournemouth, offering a hybrid working pattern, to recruit a Credit Controller to join their finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys building strong working relationships, managing accounts effectively, and playing a key role in supporting cash flow and billing operations within a busy environment.The RoleWorking as part of a collaborative finance function, you will take responsibility for a broad range of billing and credit control activities, ensuring accounts are managed efficiently and customer queries are resolved promptly.Key responsibilities of the Revenue Controller will include:Producing and processing customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerReviewing and amending billing information where requiredRaising credit notes and processing account adjustmentsManaging outstanding debt through proactive telephone and email contactProviding copy invoices, statements and account information to customersMonitoring aged debt reports and supporting cash collection targetsHandling customer payment queries and escalating issues when necessaryProcessing telephone card paymentsLiaising with internal departments to resolve account discrepanciesSupporting account reconciliations and write-off processes where appropriateAttending regular review meetings regarding outstanding balances and account statusAbout YouThe ..... full job details .....
