Your responsibilities will include: Proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone and emailManaging allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control proceduresSending weekly and monthly customer statementsCompleting daily cash allocationManaging and responding to Credit Control mailbox queriesInvestigating account queries and working with internal teams to resolve issuesPreparing outstanding debt queries for managersParticipating in regular debt review meetingsLiaising with other departments to support debt collectionBuilding strong relationships with customers to encourage prompt payment What my client is looking for: Previous Credit Control experienceConfident and professional communication skillsStrong relationship-building ..... full job details .....
