SF Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established business in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a ledger, building strong customer relationships and playing a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow within a supportive, close-knit finance team.What You''ll Be Doing Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts from start to finishChasing outstanding debt via telephone, email and written correspondenceOpening new customer accounts and carrying out credit checksRaising sales invoices and allocating incoming cashInvestigating and resolving invoice and payment queriesMonitoring aged debt and escalating issues where requiredMaintaining accurate customer records and account notesProducing debtor reports and supporting month-end activitiesWorking closely with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and maximise cash collection What We''re Looking For Previous end-to-end Credit Control experienceExperience managing your own customer ledgerConfident carrying out credit checks and opening new accountsStrong cash collection and negotiation skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systemsExcellent communication skills with a professional telephone mannerSelf-motivated, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What''s In It For You? 25 days holiday plus bank ..... full job details .....
