CREDIT CONTROLLER Full Time Permanent Work from home Fridays SF Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established and successful business on a permanent basis. As Credit Controller, you''ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts and ensuring outstanding debt is collected effectively and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email Managing allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control procedures Sending weekly and monthly customer statements Completing daily cash allocation Managing and responding to Credit Control mailbox queries Investigating account queries and working with internal teams to resolve issues Preparing outstanding debt queries for managers Participating in regular debt review meetings Liaising with other departments to support debt collection Building strong relationships with customers to encourage prompt payment What my client is looking for: Previous Credit Control experience Confident and professional communication skills Strong ..... full job details .....
