You''ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in a timely and professional manner while delivering excellent customer service. Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you''ll resolve payment queries, investigate complex discrepancies and help maintain healthy cash flow, enabling us to continue making a difference in communities across the country. This is a contract role,to cover 3 months, until December 2026; therefore, you''ll need to be available immediately to cover this brief. What will you be doing? Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected promptly while delivering a high standard of customer service.
